POE 2 - Soft Locked Trial of Sekhemas

FIXED:


Go to Blue Waypoint in Caravan. CLICK WAYPOINT (dont just open map) and find Trial of Sekhem zone. Hold Left Control and Left Click then create a new instance. Go in, now you can interact with altar, reset option on the left. Now can talk with NPC again to get new key.

Bumping. On Xbox and tried all the previous things listed and none worked:
Ran out of honor on last boss of first ascendancy trial. Minions didnt die and killed boss right after I died. Game updated quest as complete, and could no longer start trial again, nor go in to choose ascendancy. Going to keep going with game, and hoping that picking up another coin will let me back in somehow, or wait until fixed. 🤷‍♂️

UPDATED FIX (kind of): Ended up piggy-backing on a friend's quest for trial, and once we were able to finish and get to the altar, I could choose the ascendancy and apply points.

Had it happen to me too. New to poe and had o do the trial for 3 hours (ranger poison) And went back o sell items and now im locked out of ascendencies

Just had this happen to me. Got the coin back but can’t use it, just nothing happens when I try. No option to reset the trial either. Tried restarting the game, new instances etc. same thing

I'm new to POE. I beat the final boss and had four bronze keys, two silver keys, and a golden key. I chose my class upgrade and portaled out to sell junk before looting. I can't portal back, and I can't get back in. No other area has punished me for porting to sell, so how the hell am I supposed to know I wouldn't be able to go back?! This is absolutely a quit moment. I've seen so many posts on Reddit and here of people having the same issue. I get that it's EA but losing all that loot after all the effort spent to get it is devastating.

Very upsetting to have this happen to me as well.. I opened some chests and my inventory was full so I reflexively went back to town to store/sell. Now I'm locked out of building my character with vital points. I REALLY hope they figure this out soon.

Due to server lags died at the end boss of the second trial and now no possibility to get the coin again.

Same as everyone above died at last boss, now cant get new key no reset or any help with the NPC by alter
