[PoE2] Infernalist Demon Form not working with Spirit support gems

The Infernalist skill 'Demon Form' has the tags "Buff, Persistent" and lets you put in Spirit support gems such as Clarity and Vitality and Second Wind, yet when you use the skill, the bonuses you should get from having the skill active do not apply, as well as the skill not costing any Spirit cost as well as a Mana cost.
As well as this, when you activate a persistent Spirit buff to consume all of your spirit, putting you at 0, you can't use Demon Form at all while it is linked to a support that gives it a Spirit cost, such as Clarity support. So while not consuming any Spirit when you have Spirit to spend on it, it also does not give you the effects of its supports. To recreate the first bug, try linking 'Demon Form' to 'Clarity' support and then looking at your Mana Regeneration before and after transformation, it remains the same. There is no attached Spirit cost to Demon Form in this case, and your unreserved Spirit does not go down. To recreate the other bug, turn on any number of persistent Spirit buffs to put you at 0, link 'Demon Form' to 'Clarity' and see that you cannot use the skill at all, there is only a gold effect above your character's head when you try to do so. I can't even get it to work. Every spell I use knocks me out of the form immediately. Ended up refunding it for the demon dog.

Experiencing this issue as well. Another issue(not sure if its intended but doesnt seem like it should be), is with Raging Spirits not activating or being used when in demon form. I have 60 spirit while in demon form, 20 for vitality, 10 for clarity and 30 for srs. Despite gem tab showing srs being active, they do not spawn on firebolt cast, yet as soon as leaving demon form the start spawning.

I have all the same problems stated above and can confirm after testing multiple times. Really sad as Demonform in itself, by removing everything weapon related is a tradeoff, but even stuff like SRS not working just feels wrong and unintended.

In addition to the above, different example than OP, with Vitality support linked I'm unable to cast demon form at all.

Same problem here. I tried using Vitality in Demon Form earlier, but wasn't able to activate form because I didn't have enough spirit, due to me using Raging Spirits. I held off on using my Vitality Support until getting more Spirit. Now in Act 3, got more spirit, but activating Demon Form doesn't actually reserve any of my spirit. Before Demon form I'm at 40/70, in Demon form I'm still at 40/70.
My regen values in my character sheet don't change as well. 9.9 Life regen out of Demon Form, 9.9 Regen in Demon Form. It kinda scans that the persistent support gems aren't working properly. Considering how few are in the game right now, it seems like this area might not have been touched too much. Something fixable soon, I hope! |

Honestly hope this gets looked at quickly.
We saw with the day 1 nerfs for (I think) monk or something, that when something's negatively impacting the game experience, GGG is quick to get a hold of the reins and remedy the situation. Demon form for me, and arguably plenty others, was the main draw of the Infernalist ascendancy, so for it to be bugged in mysterious ways is something I find rather disheartening. Sure, it's not the end of the world, but... it's sad. |

I also have the same issue, 67 spirit total used on:
30 on Summon Raging Spirits 20 on Demon Form with Vitality (but not being used for some reason?) During Demon Form, I should have 17 Spirit left over but I get 37 as if Vitality wasn't active and no Raging Spirits despite the skill being active in the skills menu. |

I've also noticed my Grim Feast isn't triggering during Demon Form.
