POE2 Can't login to specific character

Its fixed for me. Changed for other region (from EU to california) and after few tries it logged in my stuck character. Try it :)

+1 Just died in The Grim Tangle on my 49 Deadeye. As soon as I hit resurrect it crashed to desktop. Now I can't log in. All other characters don't seem to have an issue logging in at this time.

Edit: The switching regions worked! I normally go through the DC gateway. Tried Paris gateway and it pull it out of purgatory. Able to log back in on it again on my normal gateway used.

I just had this same issue going from Act 2 Cruel to Act 3.

I ended up trying EVERY. SINGLE. SERVER. on the list until I was finally able to login using Frankfurt.

I then switched zones and went back to my normal server and was able to login and keep playing.

Fixed for me

Solved the issue by switching to dx11, went back to my hideout, logged out and switched back to vulkan.

Works again for me.

so I just had this happen on my 71 invoker in maps. I was able to log onto all my other characters etc, every time I logged in on my monk it was unexpected error and immediately back to login screen.

I logged onto my other character that was in maps and ran one, hopeing it would clear my character out of that instance of whatever, i was then able to log into my invoker. I would suggest trying to run a different character threw whatever area your character got bricked in and see if that somehow clears whatever back end issue they are getting stuck in. no idea if this is a fix for everyone by any means but it worked for me.
