Cruel act 2 Ascent to power quest and uninterractable ascendancy shrine

Where are we on the Fix? Everyone says skip move on?

I have FULLY cleared the act two cruel Traitor's Passage 6 times, and the quest is still there. I can not get to the higher level Sanctum area, its only showing level 22 zone.

SO the hell do I do?

was it a 3 floor token? you only get your 3rd ascend after doing 3 floors and killing the scorpion
