GGG told that "uber" is achievable in Maps in their Stream, right?
So if you would do ALL ascendancies in Sanctum, it is like
Number of trials: 1 (1+2 points "normal" lab)
Number of trials: 2 (3+4 points "cruel" lab)
Number of trials: 3 (5+6 points "merc" lab)
If you would do ALL ascendancies in Ultimatum, it is like:
Number of trials: 4 (1+2 points "normal" lab)
Number of trials: 7 (3+4 points "cruel" lab)
Number of trials: 10 (5+6 points "merc" lab)
My wild guess is if somebody did "Normal lab" in Sanctum, and then did "Cruel lab" in Ultimatum (4 trials) then THIS IS BUG?
Because by this logic we should get points in combination like
- Normal lab - Sanctum (trial:1)
- Cruel lab - Ultimatum (trial:7)
- Merc lab - Sanctum trial:3 OR Ultimatum trial:10
I believe that is correct way of progressing ascendancies and we actually got bug, because we obtained 3+4 points earlier, then we should be?

We watched GGG video with friend and it all make sense now.
In FULL Release of Poe with 6 acts, you can make all ascendancies in two ways
1.) (unreleased) - Do Quest Sanctum trial (1+2 points) -> Do Quest Ultimatum (3+4 point) -> Do Quest "something" in act 5 maybe? (5+6) -> Do Atlas Uber trial (7+8)
OR
2.) Select one favourite trial (Sanctum) and do Floor 1 -> Floor 2 -> Floor 3 -> and Atlas for Uber
BECAUSE, we are in Early Access with only 3 acts and only 2 Quest Trials (Sanctum+Ultimatum) it makes sense that if you did Quest Sanctum and then Ultimatum, then for "merc lab" you need to do Floor 3 sanctum, or 9 trials of Ultimatum.
GGG needs only some official PSA of proper Ascendancy trials in Early Access.

This is correct. The way we will ascend once act 4 is out with the third trial, will be A2>A3>A4 for your first 6 points, and then the last 2 points in endgame. Or as you said, if you want to do all your points on only 1 mechanic you can do 1 of them in the campaign and do the rest later on, but you have to rely on the items dropping.
Realistically, it's going to be much easier to just do all 3 in the campaign because they're going to be easier, and get you ascended much earlier.

Completed Sanctum "Trials: 3" coin, still didn't get to ascend. I am level 69 and doing maps fine... I just want to Ascend!
Completed 3 Sanctum's Trials 2 & Trials 3 coins... both lost to the ether. Praying for some sort of direction here.

Same thing, I'm lvl 77 on my character and just ran a lvl 68 7 trial ultimatum and the ascendancy thing was not available(I'm at 4 points currently).
