You're not supposed to get 3rd and 4th ascendancies till maps.

Since we're doing cruel act 2, it still has the old Non-cruel quest for ascendancy which GGG hasn't taken out yet.

So everything is fine technically, just a client bug they'll fix soon

You need to complete the 3 floor trial in the maps to get the ascendency. I am assuming you will also need to complete the full version of ultimatum for the last 2 points. The trial I cleared in maps was for level 60.

Just to fully clarify, we get the remaining 4 ascendancy points from trial keys dropped while mapping?
