I thought that you do not get the ascendancy points 5 and 6 from just doing the first part of sekhema again from what was said during the livestream you either need to do the first part of another ascension trial to ge more points or go deeper which in this case would mean clearing the 2nd floor of sekhema.

Same bug, went in after killing her for like the second time and re-clearing the eary. I saw her ghost that you are supposed to get when you kill her explode and drop a coin inside the well literally in the middle of the arena. There is no icon to pick up coin but Im guessing it goes out of map bounds and hence this bug we are all seeing. This needs to get fixed ASAP.
