PoE 2 - Inscribed Ultimatum of the Chimera Disappeared

Yup I lost it too...

was showing my friend on Discord stream, how item filters work and i was dropping Different items on ground to show it, one of them was chimera, which just disappeared...

My inventory was full and it disappeared. Locked out of second ascendancy.

A3 cruel diff - I put the stone in and opened the door then my game closed unexpectedly, upon rebooting poe2 the door was still open but the item was gone so I can't re-open (chimera boss wrecked me with his poison ability).

Same here.

I completed 2nd Ascendency Trial. Went to do the 3rd, but failed the first run. Now the inscription has disappeared from the pedestal, so I guess it’s just gone now. Hopefully they can see this thread and refund it into inventory somehow. I would really like to get my 5th and 6th ascendency points. That’s a REALLY bad bug

I just encountered the same issue, this does essentially brick the trial for solo play; I'll try to find a public party, but unfortunate

Happened to me too. Probably due to full inventory (repeating case as i can read all over the forum)

Your progress is not bricked. You either do the public group completion as mentioned in this thread, or - as I tried (and failed due to high lvl of the trial) - you can grab any low-lvl non-quest Inscribed Ultimatum, and try to do that on your own. It even says "this WILL grant you ascendancy points". Bad thing is that the quest one lets you repeat if you die, the normal one doesn`t, so it`s like 1ex price per try.

We need an NPC that gives us the quest one back.

Bug still persists, I to got the drop, but it does not show up in inventory.

Come on GGG! Fix this bug and give all of us missing this item a new one please!
