PoE 2 - Inscribed Ultimatum of the Chimera Disappeared

Same happened to me, however I did not use the quest dropped "Chimeral" inscribed ultimatum, I used one that I got from another drop somehow.
My game disconnected and I was put outside the trial again. I still have the quest drop, have not tried entering again as I'm fearful I'll be locked out like everyone else. |

Bump. Still having this issue and only getting inscribed ultimatums that award no ascendancy points...

Just encountered the issue as well... normal ones says it will not grant me ascendency points. My character is bricked

I ran into the bug as well.
Item is nowhere to be found after I managed to get one run. Now the item isn't in my inventory nor in the statue. Cannot progress. |

Just happened to me as well, picked it up after killing Chimera while progressing through Act 3, traveled to temple and it is gone from inventory.
