PoE 2 - Inscribed Ultimatum of the Chimera Disappeared

same here lol, i thought i was crazy.

I have found a work-around for the second ascendancy points (3 and 4) if this has happened to you and you lost the quest item:

There are inscribed ultimatums that drop out in the world starting with area level 39. They are on sale on the trade website for around 1 exalt, and I even had another player generously give a level 40 one to me for free. Unfortunately I squandered the free one when I died at the last boss (watch out for the tornado!!!) and I had to buy one. Finally on my second attempt i completed the trial and was awarded my 3rd and 4th ascendancy points. Remember you only have one attempt with the non-quest version of the trials of chaos. I beat the level 40 trial on my level 50 warrior and it wasn’t easy, mind you, I am using a janky warrior build with no guide and even worse gear.

For SSF players, you may need to grind the level 39-43 areas in act 3. I had a level 43 and 44 drop before I finished act 3 but I failed miserably at those. I would recommend over-levelling quite a bit so that you don’t waste the inscribed ultimatum, particularly on SSF.

Hope this helps some of you that have fallen victim to this bug!

Bump, same problem. I think it might be connected with inventory. I had no place for items, so maybe it help.

Same happened with me

same here, since quest items cannot be stashed (which is the next total nonsense in this game), i was forced to resort the way too small inventory. I tried dropping the ultimatum on the vicinity.

= The ultimatum dissapears whithout even a warning message.

I am really starting to wonder how you could build up so many fanboys with this kind of behaviour. ....
