I believe GGG.
And I too believe the data from the automated mails is collected, ticketed and processed. It just takes time to get through 56426848263428 mails.

Since it is early access and I paid for it:
If they don't solve it through early acces, I'll contact my vendor and try to get my money back. Paid for it, didn't get it. Sorry.

My account using [Removed by Support] just got locked for no reason!!

Been playing since release and was mapping and BOOM got my account locked.

I spent 600 euros on support items for GGG and this is what I get..

I bought the standard edition, played for 15 minutes then got banned for no reason. I since asked for a reimburse, but I'm more than willing to pay again if my account gets unbanned because the game looked very good.
