Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access
Anyone figure this out without having to reinstall all my drivers and the game? I shouldn't have to if every other game I own doesn't have this issue.
I loved this game but it is unplayable with this lag issue. |

Same problem here, only workaround I found is to quit the game and restart it. Happens every few hours, anywhere really, maps, cities, etc, kind of randomly, stutters like hell despite steady 15ms ping and steady 120 fps. Playing on Steam. Windows 11 is up to date, every driver is up do date from the storage drivers to the network card driver, everything I even flashed the latest bios last chrismtas... Idk what to do.

Same here. All servers, internet is fine with all other apps, ethernet connections, etc.

Can the devs please help with this issue? Or at the very least please let the player base know it’s being noticed and acknowledged/worked on…
I bought early access and was so happy to find a game that got me into grinding again and was fun, but now because of the stuttering on my ps5 the game has become unplayable. It even stutters when just standing around in town. Please let us know this is being looked at because I’m starting to wonder if I’m even going to be able to play again anytime soon if at all. |

I fixed my stuttering, freezing, and crashing by turning off core 0 while I play.
Run Path of Exile Task Manager Details right-click "pathofexile.exe" Set Affinity uncheck "Core 0" select "OK" Have to do this every time you start the game, but it runs well for me, now. Oddly, the performance meter was showing "Network" as my bottleneck, so not really sure why this worked. I mean I understand why it might boost processing performance, but I would have though "network" signalled an issue between me and the GGG server. |

This lag spike issue is stranger than you think. One of my characters has no problem, all other characters and new characters have the problem. So it is very difficult to say that the problem is a network or PC problem. I recorded it, it starts at 40 seconds.
