I walked the entire map and killed all the mobs.
No resistance buff.

+1. cleared entire map twice. 0 monsters remaining but no +10%, or any other sign of completion

Yeah this would be better as an item drop. Cleared the whole thing twice in normal difficulty, thought "sod it it's bugged", then in cruel same thing.

Saw the comment about it working but just adding to character. Sure enough, removed all my gear, and got -20% lightning instead of -40% from cruel.
