Twitch account linked and rewards went to wrong account

Exact same issue, I did not know an account was made for me when I purchased the supporter pack so I made one to link with twitch. Like everyone else, combining the accounts under one email did not help and I have received no response from support.

This is the dumbest thing there IT operations could pull. I somehow have another account on PS5 when I went to get connect to sony. It told me I had another account so I merged. The real question is is that my twitch rewards on the Poe website under my account tab is for my main account with my support pack I paid for. . However when I log in it's showing under some other random account I never played. This doesn't make sense..

I have the same issue, I mistakenly redeemed the Hands of Xesht Twitch drop on a sub-account I don't use since the supporter pack went to the account I actually use to play PoE 2. I realized that too late (no warning whatsoever after merging, it almost feels like it was chosen at random without my input), after I had linked my Twitch account to the wrong sub-account. I sent an e-mail to the support hoping they can transfer the Twitch drop to my main sub-account, no response after 5 days though.

" SAME. I didn't ASK for a NEW account. It was just MADE FOR ME. While all my connections and Twitch MTX were going to my original account. So now my only option is to just...walk away from all my progress??? That's the solution? We shouldn't HAVE to create new characters on other accounts, where our DROPS WERE MISALLOCATED, because GGGs internal processes FORCED us to make new accounts. |
