"your account doesn't have access to path of exil 2 early access"

I'm having this issue but I'm on the ps5 version. Can't find anything on how to fix the issue.

same happened here two days ago... :-( And before the points were not granted also the twitch drops... :-(

Have the same issue and tried everything , my friend upgraded his pack and gave me a key / i redeemed it on steam and linked/signed in my account on the pathofexile2 site but in-game i keep getting :

Your account does not have access to Path of exile 2 Early Access , Redeem an Early Access key on our website or purchase access now.

Why is this issue still going on ? beyond frustrating and game breaking.

Bumping in the hopes the number of replies catches the eyes of support.

The most frustrating thing is that there doesn't appear to be any acknowledgment of this issue. This is a serious issue for an early access game and the company should be letting it's players know, that

1. It knows there's an issue
2. It's working on resolving it

I appreciate that support no doubt is inundated with tickets, but when it comes to accessing the game, I think it's more important to ensure players can actually play; than fixing issues like "loot is too low level"

same here, after almost 50h of playing cannot play because of this weird thing

I was still playing, but I was stuck, and I tried to quit the game and re-enter, and it told me that I was not eligible
