Tinker's Tools not appearing

just did it again, (4-5 times since yesterday) and today it's the first time the chest give me item and gem, but still no tools.

restarded the game and still icon up on map :/

if anybody know the reward plz tell us, cheers

Yep, can't find it either with my party ,... we cleared the zone and nada

I have the same issue. Tools are nowhere to be found.

Full clear entire location three times yesterday and one time today and it doesnt drop for me.

Same issue here. Tried speed running the map multiple times, from 'Mawdun Mine', by hugging the wall to my right and going counter-clockwise until I reach the bridge with the seemingly misplaced checkpoint, with the usually empty chest at the end of the runway. After ~10 clears, 3 levels worth of exp and >10 artificer's shards, I ended up with 3 levels and an artificer's orb, no Tinker's Tools though...

same bug with Treasures of Titans...

would be cool from GGG to tell us what tinker's tools and treasures of titan's rewards are plz

Tools don't drop where they -presumably- should, map pin doesn't update, quest obviously neither
