Tinker's Tools not appearing

Same here, adding my reply. I cleared the Quarry 2 times, no Tinker's Tools found

Simply adding to the feedback pile that I can't find those tools either.

outrageous backtracking to find nothing and my OCD triggering hard as the pin on the map wont disappear
