Still no fix it.

Im having the same issue, swapped to vulcan driver, it helped for a few ours. but now i cant even get into a map.

PoE is the only game that causes me any issues atm. Really cba to brick my pc just trying to play the game. Following for updates. Hope GGG can sort this soon.

It was impossible to play because with each load the loading screen crashed which forced me to either restart the pc or restart the game (When I could use the pc).

I uninstalled here KB5048667 and KB5046740, after that I didn't need to do anything else, the infinite crash or loadind problems ceased.
I've been playing for 2 days and no bug has occurred again, so even if there are reports of 23H builds of Windows, in my case this solved it (I'm on 24H4 and I had the same problems) and if it helps anyone else I'm satisfied, otherwise wait for the GGG update.
