POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

They need to either communicate with players or start opening up options for refunds. I can't play the game. I haven't been able to play the game for a month. I paid for a game, a game that I can at least run for 30m without crashing my entire system. Bugs were expected, but at the bare minimum I expect a product that does not actively compromise my hardware. This is totally absurd.

Just encountered the loading screen of death. I recently reinstalled 24H2 after rolling it back and initially had no issues, but the crashing has now returned. I really don't want to be on an old OS version. Please fix and COMMUNICATE with us.

" I got denied by steam, but make sure you open a support ticket with them. I asked for them directly for a refund, it's been 2 month, can't even play the game. Every tickets matters. (I guess, but at this point, they clearly just ignoring it and keeping the money). |

Are they fixing this issue? I mean they mentioned this 0 I MEAN ZERO times during the patch release with DM. It is a horrible bug and it makes the game unplayable. I have to uncheck "multithreading" every time before entering a new map. not fun.

Wish I could refund... using 3rd party software or fiddling every time I play pisses me off.

After some weeks where i stopped playing because of crashing i started the game hopefully. But then... first loading screen and i think you know what have happened. Freeze and crash :(
I´ll try again in a month or so, i´m still hoping they´ll fix this |
