POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen
" I think you are confusing a crash with a hard crash. Crashes are acceptable for early access. They are not harmful to the hardware. Hard crashes are not acceptable at any portion of an offered product. They are always harmful to the hardware with varying degrees, most basic is shortened component lifespan and most drastic is catastrophic failure (also known as bricking). The most basic shortened component lifespan happens no matter what but there are some chances of avoiding catastrophic failure. Know that even the highest quality components cannot ensure full protection against results of incomplete shutdown. That's why I ask anyone who encounters Path of Exile 2 Hard Crash to please give a negative review for Path of Exile 2 on Steam in a detailed and informative manner so that others be aware of the issue and so that we can fight against misinformation. I cannot send/reply to direct messages because my in-game character has not finished Act 1.
What to do: 1)Write a short review about the hard crashes in notepad. 2)Copy and paste it to steam reviews, put up a negative review. 3)Copy and paste it to steam discussions, put it up there. |

This is still an issue. Has happened twice today already on loading into an instance.

We buy $200+ UPS backups to prevent damage to our computer and then some people continue to produce the outcome the UPS is trying to avoid over and over to try to play a game. It really is insanity. I'm not trying again until there's an official announced fix and it's been tested. Even then, I'm not sure I'll be trying again, this level of failure to act is pretty disgusting and has soured me on GGG.

Same issue here. When i dont free 2 CPu´s via the taskmanager the game crash will freeze my computer and i have to shut it down with the power button.
I have the issue since early december. What drives me crazy is that GGG is so quiet about this... atleast give us some info that you heard us. |

+1 hard crash and no communication about the statut of the problem is so sad
as lot of player ... i just changing steam evaluation and waiting to play again with the hope that GGG stop waiting about NVIDIA and Microsoft to do somthing and notice that oh damn its our execuatable :( plz GG, watch your exe, ask microsoft like ubisoft did(if you persuade that 24H2 is the problem) faster u understand that all OS and config are touch by you game faster we can play safe or just inform US about the situation and what solution to play safe.... Un-fucking real that this is still happening six weeks later, and has only gotten worse. I can't even get to the login screen anymore to start the process of turning off cores and strangling my PC's performance to play nice with PoE2.
