POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

Whilst system crashes occured about 1 in 4/5 zone trasitions (so a restart and reload nearly always words, with one or two double crashes) for me, I just hit Jungle Ruins (Act 3), and it crashes every single time. If I load my character, who is in the Zone, it is a straight crash. 10 attempts to enter or load a character who is in there, 10 crashes.

Is this a particularly problem zone for anyone else?

If I stopped trying to login, and waited over 20 minutes for the zone to reset, normal service has been resumed (back to crashing 1 in every 4-5 zone changes).

I mention this in case you think you are stuck at a zone. Wait 20 mins plus, and try again. It will be back to its slightly crashy self rather than permanently crashing.
X days and no solution / patch fix ?

Its annoying. If I want to play, I have to change off/on Engine Multithreading in options before every loading screen ... :( This is the only temporary solution to keep my PC from freezing.
It sounds quite revealing. I'm buying a support kit, and I'm supporting the developer. but the developer doesn't support me in response when I can't play his product. lol

I encounter this issue every 3-4 zones and I'm really tired of restarting my pc and potentially damaging my cpu.

Hi everyone, whilst we have already been investigating this issue already, it would be massively helpful if you could provide your dxdiag output by doing the following on windows:

run > dxdiag > save all information

and sending me that file or it's contents in a private message.

Thanks!

Tim, just sent you my details of crashes on this, hope this helps to resolve at least some issues.
