POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

At the end of the year, at the PEAK of holidays, those FOOLS from WINDOWS or NVIDIA decide to update their system and cause massive disruption to the gaming world and CPU usage across the World.

Hi,

Here are my specs:
Ryzen 7800x3d
RTX 4070 Ti (non-super)
32 gb ddr5 6000 mhz
Asrock b650 mobo

Was having same issue as everyone, game froze my pc during loading screen requiring a power cycle, tried about every solution, battle encoder, vulkan, caping fps, dlss off, exclusive fullscreen, disabling cores 0,1 sort of worked but it would still freeze path of exile 2 not the pc, still not ideal.

Only thing that worked was reverting windows 11 back to 23h2, i'm on my 3rd day playing with about 8 hours each day, didn't have 1 single freeze, I paused windows updates for 1 month (maximum time alloweed to pause updates).

All crashes gone for me with windows optional update for 24h2!

Nevermind, completely unplayable. How come they dont fix this or for a minimum make a Post about this. Legit cant play this game, every time i have to go through a portal or another area i have to restart my PC.

There any update to this? As my computer keeps doing the same and im having to force restart.

I agree with those who suggested that we can’t expect fixes until 2025, since the Christmas holidays are coming soon.
So I'll enjoy other games that don't try to kill my PC

Its kinda sad, i have Vacation till End of the Year and yesterday i was grinding so hard. And since today I cant play anymore.
Was really looking forward to grinding the next week but thx to GGG I will just play another game instead.

upd I studied even more information, this function should take the load off the main processor, and transfer it to the GPU, thereby making it easier for the processor to work. In theory, disabling this feature will make it even worse, and will put more strain on an already loaded processor.

This is a PoE2 issue not a Windows, AMD, Nvidia, Samsung, Western Digital, Intel issue.

You are right about INCOMPETENCY .

I suspect the reason they're doing nothing is because they're pointing the finger at everything that isn't themselves.
