POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

Happens to me as well. Upgraded to 24H2 yesterday, afterwards my computer freezes at PoE2 loading screens. Unplayable for now. My specs:

* mobo ASUS ROG Strix B550-E
* cpu AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core 12-Thread 3.7/4.6 GHz
* gpu ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 DUAL2560 (NVIDIA) 12GB
* mem Corsair Vengeance RS DDR4 32GB (4x8GB)
* DirectX12
* Steam

Same for me, game freezes and makes my pc freeze as well when i switch zones sometimes

Still freezing after trying everything. I wake up everyday wanting to play Poe 2 but not at the cost of my new computer. I've already had to ddu my drivers twice, now my pc is laggy and is getting lower fps than normal. No bueno.

Can you stop cosplaying as a GGG dev and wait for them to fix their shit?

Same issue. PC freezes when trying to load a new area. Can't use mouse or keyboard so hard reset needed. Some times when I try to load the same character again it will lock again. If I try another character it will load (at least it has for now).

Nothing similar happening with any other games.

5800x3D
RTX 4070 ti
Windows 11 24H2

First of all GGG should respond for issue in a big comment - do not play when u have problem. Without this is always a risk to make mess with ur PC.

I changed Directx 12 to Vulkan and for a while I thought it worked. On directx I had a few crashes for 2 hours, on Vulkan nothing happened for about 10 hours, but today suddenly after 30 minutes I got a crash :(

still no news on the problem? I've been trying to launch the game for 10 minutes, I'm on my 4th try and still not! I let it go

Can only say that Bios Update and Chipset Update for me worked.

Since then no crashes, i load a lot of zones, forced them.

How am I cosplaying as a dev? What are you talking about?
