Check your HAGS settings!

Open the Settings app by pressing Win + I on your keyboard.
Click on "System" and then select "Display" from the left sidebar.
Scroll down and click on "Graphics settings"14.
Under "Graphics settings," locate the switch for "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling"13.
Toggle the switch on or off to enable or disable HAGS.

- Search POE and set GPU-Setting to "maximum". (don´t choose "let windows....!"

Restart your computer for the changes to take effect13.

The discussion here is another thing than you fanboy brain.
We got a lot of customers here who CANOT ACESS A PAID PRODUCT, do you understand that?
Everyone knows the game is on EA e we know there will be bugs and things to solve, but we are seeing other stuff being fixed and GGG are not helping THE CLIENTS WHO PAID FOR THIS PRODUCT AND CANT ACESS!
Skill being fixed, builds being nerfed, stuff that doesnt work on maps.. alot of fixes but we still CANT PLAY the GAME

I tired tyin all this things...
First tryin with game option, than drivers, than updates, than cores with CPU usage, win update versions, limit fps, turn off game bar, fullscreen or windowed fullscreen, dx12 or 11 or vulkan... what else u got? :))

Without any advice from GGG or better - fix, patch or update ill not play. Such a waste of time...
