Hard crashing PC locks up

"
Motherf*cking f*ck can't believe they didnt get the pc crash asked/awnsered

They did, it was named "nvidia crash to desktop" and they mentioned nvidia telling them next driver hopefully will fix it (like on reddit).

If that will not help they mentioned they will add extra option to gather more debug logs.

That is quite literally not related to the PC hard crashing/freezing at all. Stop spreading misinformation that they "addressed" it.

I wouldn't be saying that if they acknowledged the issue. They have no acknowledged the issue. So I'm saying that. Let the white knights come in and tell me I'm wrong and that I just have to buy another PSU to prevent PoE from crashing or something actually insane like that. Just like the D4 Blizzard forums lol

Except they have indeed acknowledged the issue. They just went radio silent right after. You can see it in the "Known Issues" section and there is also a support comment in this thread we are replying to right now that asks us to give them dxdiag logs.

How I said before even nvidia guy said on reddit this gonna be fixed 6.1.2025 plus in new nvidia driver.

Take a look in the nvidia driver forums to get a sense of how much trust you should put into their claims.
So they're blaming Nvidia?

Windows 11 23H2 (Steam), AMD 5800X3D, RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB, 32BG DDR4 3200, Samsung 980 Pro SSD
Has anyone had any luck when changing the affinity to not include a couple CPU cores BUT then when it freezes turning them back on and off again? My game will unfreeze and be playable when doing so.

*EDIT*

Meh it still locks sometimes.

I use poeuncrasher program and it does just that. Works 90% of the time

I found a way to play the game without my PC freezing. I tried all possible solutions, but none worked. The only way it worked was by setting affinity in the task manager on the PathOfExile process, disabling CPU 0 and CPU 1. However, I experienced FPS problems during gameplay using this method.

Then I tried a new way, and it worked—my FPS problem is gone, and the freezing too. Instead of disabling CPU 0 and CPU 1, I disabled CPU 2 and CPU 3. Now my game is running very well, and loading times are pretty quick. I tested this for 5 days and the issues are all gone. I would like to share this with you guys, maybe it can help someone else.

Thanks
