That worked, the town map device is still bugged, but using the one in hideout solved the problem.

same here, is just my first day in endgame and i couldnt enjoy it, please fix this :(

The same issue. I'd try steam and standalone version. Also delete cache... Stil can't enter portal.

Apparently opening maps from your hideout rather than from the tower is a solution.

There's a problem with the Karui Shores map device.

I started private league 3 days ago, so I can't use the H/O map device.

I just need to be able to complete the first map quest...

Unrelated, but I got lucky and got a Voidborn key during an Act, so I used it first. Of course I couldn't get in. I might have gotten Nimis or Mageblood...🤣

Got the same problem iam also stuck opening portals so as such cant progress in the game....
