Early access purchase lost

I even player 10 hours and now my access is gone anywhere, email is out two days ago

The same thing happened to me, I was able to see the 300 coins on the PoE2 website for a few minutes, then they were gone. They appear nowhere now, I don't have access to the game and never did and they took my money.

I also payed via PayPal XSolla.

I sent an email to support and even created my own thread in the forum, no reply so far.

It makes me so sad I feel stolen from, and I was even buying the game for my grandfather.
