Early access purchase lost
Hi,
A few days ago I bought an early access pack and everything seemed fine. I had the 300 points and when I checked the other offer they all said - Upgrade. Now when I logged in I saw that I no longer have the 300 points and the access packs are back to their normal price. It's like I've never purchased anything. " It doesn't but it was not showing it after the purchase was made although in the POE2 website it was showing that I had the attributes of the purchase. |

Oh okay. That seems like a case for customer support, sadly. Considering the EA, I doubt they'll be able to answer fast enough for your issue to be settled by tomorrow though. They seem to be getting a lot of useless emails/tickets from people asking for free keys that sadly, they don't have enough time to support the paying customers. Send an email to support@grindinggear.com with your original transaction # or anything else that could help them find it more easily.
As far as the purchase being refunded, but not yet credited, that could happen, but you would probably have received an email or something from Paypal/Xsolla or something like that. How is this company so stucked in 2012? Why do they insist to solve any customer request via EMAIL??? Who even uses EMAIL unless they have too or is a boomer? Not to mention their abysmal rate at going through requests. Something as simple as unlinking steam account should not require emailing a staffer

The same thing happened to me today.
I bought it through PayPal, I paid, it appeared on my credit card and I didn't receive the game. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now. ----------------------------- This is the kind of problem that is unacceptable nowadays. I received the email from PayPal, I received the payment with the transaction ID and I didn't receive the game. Shame. |
