Path of Exile 2 Preload Times on PC, PS5 and Xbox On PC, you can download the POE 2 client and preload the game from 5 pm PT on December 5. What about having a key already? I'm not sure how I got a key. I'm guessing the $480 spent on poe1. With that, I didn't have to buy one through Steam. I'm not understanding where I can DL the client.

If I had to guess it will probably be on this site next to the POE1 download or it will be pathofexile2.com website As for steam, I cannot say as it will be up to them to release the download. |

" If you click on your account name at the top of the website, then over on the right hand side you should see a link for POE2 stuff, click it, there will be a claim button for a steam client, that's how you download it. |

For those who bought on steam, link your account on THIS website, you can play the stand alone client, no need for steam whatsoever, unless you just prefer to launch from steam, but you can preload the standalone and play from that launcher. Hope that helps.
