Claiming PoE 2 Early Access Key on Xbox

Can you explain to me how you got your extra key though? I play on xbox and purchased the $160 edition and i'm looking to see where i can claim that key and order my t shirt. Am i stupid and i just don't get the shirt ?

You need to contact support and provide them with your account information and the transaction information.
In my case, the issue still hasn't been resolved.
It's been over 2 weeks since I paid and I still can't play, hell of a good start...

There's also a price difference between buying on the website and on the Xbox Store, roughly 3€ in my case.


I'm going to request the refund since I already have access on PC but....feels bad. both my accounts are connected, supposedly the characters progress is linked to the acc, so, I just wanted to blast away in my couch.

not a major issue since the game will be free when it comes out but could be better explained I believe.
