Because they do not owe anyone any comment on pricing. The price is what the price is. Even if that price changes everyday. When a game goes on sale for cheaper people do not get mad and go to the forums and ask why is the game cheaper today then it was yesterday.
He asked you:
"Why are you getting so mad customers are asking for clarification on a big company?"
and your response is "because they do not owe anyone any comment?"
You sound like a troll but are you trying to argue with yourself? Some countries have regional pricing, others had it until a week ago, and players rightfully expect some clarification over why. That's what these forums are for.
Maybe after spending hundreds of dollars supporting a company with terrible communication you've come accustomed to silence but some of us expect more and part with our money less frivolously.
I am not trying to troll. I am just being 100% with the fact that a business does not need to explain their pricing method. They can put the game up for sale for whatever price they want and there is no conversation needed over it. Plus no matter what GGG would come to the forums, X, reddit or where ever and say would be met with negative reviews and people freaking out over their response. They have no upside to explain themselves.
I am also pointing out that people run to those sites and make a several posts when something is more expensive and never if something is cheaper. I do not recall seeing a post where someone said hey GGG why is this thing on sale, please explain yourself.

I'm not up to speed with what happened with the regional pricing. Last I checked regional pricing was meant to be dynamic based on the purchase power parity with the US dollar. So if prices are raising in any specific currency then that means either your currency is weak or the dollar is strong. It is, unfortunately, not a set it and forget it affair, it should be updated regularly and it sounds like they haven't been updating it or didn't need to update it and then they did.
Is that about the gist of whats going on with these regional pricing threads I keep seeing?

No its more of the fact that after a few days a lot of the regional pricing was removed completely and it is the same price for most.

I wish they expanded regional pricing, it's crazy in Greece (830$ min wage) that it's still pretty much the same price.

Yeah, GGG doesn't have to explain anything, but customers have their right to ask questions about products/services provided by any company, and the main reason for a company to anwser those, would be to build up trust on customers, so they're more keen to buy their products/services, being obscure and obtuse with your customers is not good for the public image of any company or brand.
I dont know if this have ever happened to GGG, but people complaining at a company for putting a game or MTX in a game on sale has happened in other games, people complaning that they payed full price just for shortly after being on sale is a thing, just recently some people complained at Atlus for Metaphor going on sale like 2 months after release.
The case here is that most people just want to know what GGG plans are on the pricing, so they either just stop hyping for a game they will not be able to purchase, which is completly reasonable, bc once again is too confusing, if there were no regional pricing at all it would be clear, but some regions do have it and others don't, some regions have regional pricing here on the web page but not on steam, a few still have it on steam but not here.

Its still regionally priced it just more precisely set as purchase power parity, which means you and I are both paying $100 for the $100 pack.
I do agree they need to revisit it though to revise pricing on the Thai Bhat, the Brazilian Real, the Kazakhstani Tenge, The Russian Ruble, and some of the dollarized economies around the world that appear to be getting a little over half off, that way we can all suffer together.
