I bought the Early Access Supporter Pack ($30) via steam, and it was applied to my GGG Account. However, I'm now unable to upgrade to any higher-tier supporter pack with physical rewards. It says I can upgrade from "Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack (No Physical)", and if I try to upgrade, it automatically says "You will not receive physical goods for this payment package." There is no option to select to receive physical goods, and the only apparent way to do so is to purchase without upgrading. Any fix for this other than support? I have spent a lot with them through the console it didn't even count on a free key. I can buy it twice but it feels bad. I would not normally say this but this is the one place where GGG feels like this is a cheap money grab. They have even pulled the badges from my name. All my badges are from console purchases.
