Path of Exile 2 Early Access or Path of Exile 2 Key - what does this exactly mean? What is the difference between those two keys?

I am still not following the Key thing here. Now for clarity I play on console and PC. It is not clear if I get the supporter pack here on the website can I use one of the key to play on console and one to play on PC? Will one key make that possible? Are MTX shared on both console and PC now with POE2? I feel this was never all that clear.

I would like to know more about team play as Im bringing over a few friends from FF14. Can we turn off or decrease screen effects of teamates? If one player dies in Atlas does the HP pool of monsters decrease? Do we only get one attempt at a boss? Can a map even be completed if a team mate dies? In Atlas can you retry a boss fight if everyone dies or are you locked out after gathering all the supplies to attempt learning of said boss? What if anything conflicts playing together? Can you play Trials together? I know Mark has been playing alot of multiplayer would really like a deeper dive into the whole team play side of the game.
