Will it be possible to gift one key to a friend, so he can play in Earyl access as well?

I got one key by purchasing supporter pack and will get one more due to spending more than 500 eur so far, so I'd like to give that one to him.

Will flails be in early access?

There will not be. At least not within the game itself. But you can now respec with gold. So if you do level a build and you decide half way through "this isn't for me", then you can visit the respec guy and use gold to respec your tree and switch into something else.

I think you forgot that classes exist. And time already spent on something you don't like in the end as well.
That's the whole reason I'm asking about sandbox.

No, I realize that, but there's 6 classes, so at most you got 6 characters to level to find at least one that works for you. Not to mention that you can level as ranger but play a minion build, etc. just like in PoE 1, there's no restriction on that. So worst case scenario you can level 1 character and then spec it around to get an idea of different archetypes and then relevel a second character. Last point for the game itself is that there's also still gonna be "leagues" every X period, so you'll end up releveling characters anyway.

And lastly, there will be a PathOfBuilding program eventually, but it most probably won't be out before the game hits Early Access.

If we do get a key mailed for spending more than 500 EUR: Then yes, you will be able to give it to a friend.
