macOS client keeps crashing

"
Unfortunately there is nothing new

The only way I found to play is basically installing Bootcamp and Windows 10, and I must say it works like a charm compared to the performance we have on native macOS, I am currently playing poe2 the same way.

I know it is not a solution, but this way you can get an idea of what macOS support is like.

Unsure you can bootcamp M series Mac or not......

Good point, I'm playing on a late 2018 i7 (old macbook)

Now that you mentioned M series, that just makes things worse. I didn't know M series wasn't fully supported until last December, in previous posts, some people were complaining about the game running at 5fps, seriously, I got the same performance on a 2018 i7 with the same OS.

Guys, I wish you luck with the issue, I won't be playing on macOS again, Let's be honest, the macOS client is bad no matter the architecture
Apple using M series chip is literally want to part away any windows PC based software (X86-64) so that no way you can directly compare Windows that have 32GB ram, another 16GB VRAM, can be inferior than M series Mac that have 16GB.

It is only possible that they were two versions of the software. Just like the vanilla iMac, G4 (pre-Intel Mac) era.

There may be some hope that GGG written a real Mac M series based POE 2, and then they have time to finish the porting by borrow some code from POE 2 (Mac) to finish the real POE 1 (Mac)

Right now running POE 1 (Windows code) in emulator (Rosetta) will always a joke, which is just a marketing thing by Apple.

nah, windows is ass "hey do you want ads? do you want to send metrics, hey try bing, hey try cortana, hey we installed espn, hey your shit is in one drive now, hey it's going to take me a year to show you the thumbnails in this folder so here's a popup for you to enjoy, oh, did you want to see your task bar?..."

Honestly, my m2 mac pro absolutely fucks when it comes to games. 60fps no problem on ultra for everything I've played so far. I have 96gb of shared ram/vram. Not sure why I'd bother with a PC atm.

man this is depressing wtf. dont advertise supporting macs if its not anymore...
