PS5 Client - Cannot purchase support packs

PS5 Client running so smooth for me I was going to buy a support pack, but they're not available in the store for PS5 client.

Hiya, could you send an email to support@grindinggear.com with a few screenshots of the in-game shop so we can look into this further?

Taking a screenshot on a console and emailing it was not easy, but it's been done.

my client also says "this product cannot be purchased right now" so this may also be tied to the chat not working. Just switched to ps4 version to check and it works fine. So whatever is causing this to happen is the same reason the in game chat doesnt work on native ps5 version.


It also doesnt show all the packs to buy it only shows the points packs to buy

Having the same issue. Error says "This product can't be purchased right now." on ps5 and the link to buy points on this site just takes me right the PlayStation website and shows me the game in my library.

Any updates or workarounds for this yet?

I as well would very much like to give you some money. Please fix the shop in the PS5 version. Why do i even need that ingame store? Why can't i make purchases on the website?

Late November and this is still an issue. As a new player I’d love to purchase the First Blood Starter Pack… but unable to via client, PSN, or POE website. Let’s wait and see how high/low priority their PS5 player-base is.

Its late november for me and im having the same issue with in game currency and or through the playstation add on packs as well both dont work for me.
