PS5 Client - Cannot purchase support packs

I cannot purchase the divine paladin supporter pack. I’ve purchased the first year which is the paladin supporter pack at $29.99. The PlayStation store is supposed to update an allow me to purchase the divine paladin supporter pack for another $29.99. This is how it’s worked since the beginning of 3.25 I purchased the first level of the paladin supporter pack, but I cannot purchase the second which means I cannot get access to the armor and other stuff of tier 2.
This is not about the POE to supporter packs. They will be posted on December 6 in the PlayStation store. I’ve sent a ticket to help, but I’ve not gotten a response yet. This is very concerning for those of us on consoles who want to purchase supporter packs. I’ve done this on the past and PS4, without these issues. Can anyone help me out? |

" Start the game, Go to "Microtransactions", Choose "Buy Points" anf the Paladinpacks should be to the far right after the "points packs". Hope this works for you. :) |

I also want to get the early access but i cannot purchase it nowhere. The game offers Penance and Paladin, along with kalguuran runesmith. Upon entering the main page in the site, I can see the packs but it always redirects me to the PS store page when I login.

On PS we have to wait until the 6th Dec *Maybe* 24 hours before that for the packs to be available.
If you want access on PS5, you HAVE to buy the pack on PS5. |

DO NOT BUY ANY SUPPORTER PACKS NOW IF YOU ARE ON PS5
Any supporter packs you buy now will not allow you early access. Wait until the 6th of December. Only then buy the CORRECT supporter pack. Always double check before purchasing any pack to make sure it is the correct one. |
