Massive performance issues after recent patch [Ps5]// [possible solution]

You need to communicate to even be bothered to apologize.

You've offered no answers, no communications, and no timelines since this season released.

Saying "sorry" generally means you'll actively try and avoid further problems, somthing you clearly aren't interested in, capable of, or focused on.

So please, if your going to spoon feed utter garbage, just post a troll face meme rather then empty apologies.

You've actively avoided the 900 threads asking for information, based on that we KNOW with absolute certainty you give 0 fucks about the console community.

At this point, I am convinced that either GGG have absolutely no clue on what the real issue is or how to fix it? Or they really just don’t give a fuck about the console(PlayStation) community

The suggestion of clearing the cache not only did it not fix the issue, it somehow made it worse for me, the stuttering are now more frequent, whenever I start a new map, it lags and stutters. Whenever I start a league mechanic it lags, and constant stutter and freezes during mapping

It such a good league wasted, sigh….do better GGG do better!!!!!!!

There has been one discrepancy after another between what is actually happening vs what is being communicated. There has been almost literally no accountability. From lack of response to literally passing the blame to Sony in instances where GGG only interacts with an automated process (ya you didn't QA 3.25, period). I'm not sure if this is because there is only a skeleton crew left for console with PoE2 on the horizon, or if they truly don't know how to keep up with such an old game across different platforms. It truly seems like a combination of lack ability and a lack of compassion, coupled with greed of course (mtx and tab sales still advertised despite an unplayable experience for many).

The half hearted "oh hai guys, sorry lawl, jargon jargon jargon, hope this goes over your head enough to make ya feel good that we are still doing nothing" is beyond disappointing for those who have been waiting weeks to play this league without issues, but instead being met with one after the other.

Hi all.
We do monitor threads on this forum, as well as have separate monitoring tools for crashes and problems going on. Please make new threads for specific issues and apologies if we can't get around to responding to them all - we do try our best to triage them appropriately.


After reading this response which was asking if GGG monitors these threads, and now the thread is closed, it seems anytime you have an issue you must type /bug, get the bug report number, and CREATE A NEW THREAD HERE WITH THE BUG REPORT NUMBER.

Let's give then what they're asking for folks, play by their rules. Let's fill this thing up.
