I would love some direction or feedback on my build :)

This was my first league, took a break for a month, then came back and am now totally lost on how to improve the build.

Can comfortably run t16s and t17 mobs. Wiping a lot on t17 bosses.

Was thinking I grind to 97 then I will have enough points to swap to the cluster jewel version?

Honestly no idea where to start on items.

I have about 25div.
