I have the same issue - only Moscow is 70-72ms, all other servers (Paris, London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam), which are usually in the 30-40ms range are now 130-150ms range. It is not a connection issue, my ping to the server done straight up from command prompt is 4ms (Amsterdam). another thing to add to the pile. I hae been having this issue for 2-3 years so far. Its on GGG end, i have switched internet companies and all for this problem. yet GGG refuses to change things.
