Insane Latency Spikes and Game Crashes since 3.23
Same issue

Having same issue from NZ, started since last patch 3/4 days ago.
Usually I have 6-10ms and its been very stable since ea went live, but since the last patch 50% of the time after opening a new map its dumping me onto a server that has 40-60ms (Assuming an aussie server?). 40-60ms Aussie servers are perfectly fine most of the time, but during primetimes since patch its been lagging extremely hard. The game microfreezes and goes into a slow mode, only to then go into super speed and catch up. Some of the worst lag ive actually ever seen in an online game. It's been fine up until the last patch. 1000/400 Fibre, tested other games that are hosted here in NZ and in AU, 0 issues other than with POE. |

Same things happens to me from Brisbane, Australia.
Super frustrating. I just died on a boss at lvl 92 and lost 10% because of a lag spike and I'm so annoyed I don't want to play anymore, and it's the weekend before Christmas.. FFS FIX the servers! |

Okay so i did these two things
rolling back recent windows update KB5048667 and using Vulkan instead of directx Doing this seemed to have stopped both the insane lag i was getting and the hard reset issues i was running into Hope that helps someone |

+1 on this.
It got so bad today, I was getting "failed to load any instances" errors as well. First time ever seeing that message. |
