Insane Latency Spikes and Game Crashes since 3.23

just checkin the forum if any patch to fix the league, guess not, but hey we get an interview about PoE2... well no PoE for EU, imagine poe2, sad times for the games, whats more sad is the inflated stats on steam with all the bots that farm mirrors this league easily

18k ms, great, sometimes this game is unplayable.

I have major latency problems still :S Can we fix this issue already?

I don't normally write anything in any forums, but this is probably the right moment to do so.

For a few leagues now, the exact same thing has been happening to me as you describe here. Since 3.19 these lagspikes happen. Depending on the league, it was sometimes better and sometimes worse. The last league 3.22 (Tota) my latency was very good, as if this problem had never existed.

Since this league it has gotten really bad. The following patterns can be recognized. It often happens when:
-you play on the weekend
-times between 16:00 and 01:00 (when a lot of people are playing)

But since this league (3.23) the game is often not playable, at least not for me. Depending on the instance everything is great, one instance later I have latency deviations between 9ms-20,000ms.

This leage im not using scarabs, sextans or anthing else, because there is 50/50 chance, the map is laggy or whatever.

It makes me kind of sad because. I like GGG for making this fantastic game and I just love POE and it gives me so much joy and the only reason I can't play is a bad ping. It's kind of frustrating.

I'm not an expert but I can understand it to some extent. The game is free, a lot of people want to play and game development and server costs are high. But when it gets to the point where you just can't play the game (at least many people) it becomes kind of nonsensical.

It's always easy to say "fix it, fix it", but these constant lags for 4 weeks are just annoying.

i`m having the same issue in São Paulo, Brazil realm.
Latency goes from 4ms to 6.000ms - usually in Sanctum but often times in hideout as well.

I'm having the same problem, Sao Paulo Realm as well.

It's impossible to play on SA(São Paulo) servers. And it's been two days of this.
