Please take some time off poe 2 and fix poe 1 first. CPU spikes over 1000 ms isn't that great.

THIS. I think 95% of Staff is Working at poe2. Nothing they said about Performance issues and its 3 week Post-League-Start.

Really annoying to waste maps etc. Please fix this.
Also experiencing latency spikes quite frequently. Washington DC realm is at least playable for me, though the latency is still quite noticeable, but I tried Texas realm a couple nights ago hoping it would improve things and instead it turned the game into a slideshow. I've got 1 gigabit up and down so it's not on my end.
Fairgraves was a slave trafficker specialized in the kidnapping and transport of children. He was not "a good man".
Yeah...
I've already sent an email to Support!

Their response was quite disappointing.
They simply stated:
We lack the resources to address this and frankly, we're not concerned.
Just go figure it out yourself...
We've already got your money!
.

Additionally, this forum has been solely driven by users for years now...
There hasn't been an "official" support presence.
It's essentially a player-helping-player community, but unfortunately, players can't resolve any server-side issues.

I had higher hopes for GGG compared to Blizzard, but...
It seems I may have been mistaken. 🤷‍♂️
They appear to be just as profit-driven and unresponsive as many other corporations.
I took a break for a week and came back yesterday. Getting 100+ latency just in my HO without doing anything. Where i used to get around 46-52 latency. And mapping? Oh boy...
And Not one single Post from devs? Thats slightly disappointing.

Not a single word!

There have been over 10 posts in this forum regarding the same issue!
It's evident that at least 20% (if not more) of the player base is facing this problem, some of whom either ignore it or silently quit Path of Exile.

However, GGG (or whoever incompetently manages the forum and support email) has outright denied it being their problem, showing no concern whatsoever!

Seems like their focus is on developing PoE2 while neglecting these ongoing issues.

But hey, who cares, right? ^^

They are being shameful.

If it were me, I would be ashamed of not being able to please the players and make a statement about it.

People have been writing for a long time, expressing their problems and asking for solutions. The people responsible disappeared, what happened? xD

I think they just do not care.

My guess?
They just quit PoE silently because no one cared?

If I have been ignored for years due to reported issues...
A problem persisting for years among players...
I would undoubtedly quit the game entirely.

However, I wouldn't leave quietly! 😉

I'm on the verge of creating a YouTube video to shed light on this issue.
It's time for all Path of Exile fanatics who defend GGG but criticize Blizzard to see that GGG isn't any better!
