I also have been crashing constantly with CPU at 100% since launch, I am on NA servers mostly and was crashing almost 1 time per map. I tried every avenue of troubleshooting over the last week that I found online and nothing worked.

Today I deleted my loot filters to re-save them, and ran 10 maps straight without a loot filter just to see if somehow that was causing my issues as I noticed a ton of my crashes came right before a loot explosion like essence or deli/strongbox and my crashing has completely subsided, downloaded another loot filter with less intense bright graphics and its still working with no crashing. Maybe its a coincidence but I wanted to post in hopes that this helps others with the crashing to desktop issue.

With new hope I gave it another try and connecting to Moscow did it for me as well. Smooth like from the beginning. Did not try Paris, not going to test anything, just happy to have no crahes right now.

False! In USA there are high latency in texas server and washington server. The problem is GGG!!!

I wasn't having too many issue (luckily) for the first few days but, today it's also spiking in the thousands. I can't map or play at all at this point. They really need to fix this its completely unacceptable.

Southeast-US here, and during primetime like 6pm eastern - midnight eastern. It's unplayable.. my latency just spikes around like crazy. My normal latency is like 25-35ms to either Texas or the DC servers. I have tried connecting to California.. london... etc just to see. Still unplayable during primetime due to latency just spiking around anywhere from 25ms - 2000ms.

Very odd, I've never had this problem before this league. Just throwing it out there, you guys aren't alone.
