Still many spikes etc. Today I am experiencing more game freezes by server side e.g game freezing for 1-5sec randomly

I wasn't experiencing this earlier in the league, but almost every map I've done today has had severe lag spikes. Please fix.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Has there been an official statement from GGG?
I'm not familiar with how the game handles load balancing, but given that this problem appears to be associated with a specific map instance, I suspect that instances are distributed across multiple servers. It's possible that, by sheer coincidence, your instance is being served by a laggy server. Therefore, my assumption is that the problem lies within the data center used by GGG. |

Yes me and others in the Forum observed this. Also posted in this thread https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3462678. People could confirm if its also the 185.xxx.... server for them by checking the log at poe-Folder/logs/client an scroll to the bottom.

" Yes, seems to be server 185.225.208.89:6112 I did not check it in depth, but there seems to be a pattern here. What happens, if we block the route to this server? Will POE choose another one to prevent a disconnect? EDIT: I did not figure out how to block outgoing connections to 185.225.208.0/24 with my Fritzbox EDIT2: I blocked the route to 185.225.208.0/24 with the Windows-Firewall. This seems to do the trick. This is already some kind of tradition, every league something incomprehensible happens with the game in the last one, we had a problem with shaders, everyone in this one had problems with the servers, lags, friezes, spikes, personally, in this league, after about 5-6 days, lags started, I’m not sure anymore I tried it and realized that the problem was on GGG’s side, after which I stopped just playing and went to real life) Merry Christmas everyone.
