Ethereal Knives projectiles not returning

No communication regarding bugged skills, no communication regarding the constant lags/crashes. This whole league is a clusterfuck.

Guys its not a bug. Most proj skills need a certain amount of proj speed for them to return, this is the case with normal EK aswell, its not gonna change.

but EK of Lingering Blades works tho and it has less projectile speed compared to normal EK

It is not working in 3.23 using the same setup with which it WAS working in 3.22.

Same story with other skills with dissipating projectiles, like Frost Blades:

GGG clearly made a change to dissipating projectile skills regarding the return mechanic in 3.23. We just don't know if it's a bug or intended and would really love a confirmation, one way or the other, from GGG, so that we know if there's still hope or if we should move on.

All people ask for is a clear statement from GGG regarding this issue. Nobody cares what you think might be a bug or not.
