i will be very mad if the called "ball lightning of orbiting" just spin in place, the concept of orbiting is to ORBIT around something, everyone is saying it will be like spectral helix, but that makes no sense to me... prove me wrong

Spectral throw of materializing can we talk about this? Only damaging enemies while returning that is a 50% damage reduction why? No matter how I look at this you are adding a useless game there is no scenario where this gem makes any sense.
