3.22 Performance
I think the weirdest thing is that on standard the game is smooth, fast loading, okay fps, no freeze or issues.
But on Affliction league it's +2min loads, playing under 5 fps, freeze causing death, league mechanic cant be done, I die in freeze etc... What the heck?? :) |

RTX 3070
Ryzen 7 5800X M.2 SSD 16Gb RAM It starts with 150+ fps on hideout and between 60 - 90 in maps and then degrades over time, getting to 70-80 sitting in hideout and 40 - 60 in maps. The load and temps on both my CPU and GPU are fine, everything is fine except the game. Its been like this since the end of Crucible, I've made a post about it last league because it is disgusting to play juiced maps around 40 fps. Last edited by wraur#0893 on Dec 14, 2023, 12:42:04 AM

I5 10600k
32GB ddr4 rtx 3070 ssd , 4k res , max setting in game ,dx12 ,chrome ,all addons for poe ,streaming in discord ... CPU load does not exceed 30-40%. I limited the game to 60 frames so as not to overheat the video card. The game works perfectly. Sometimes the processor is loaded at 100% due to MTX in cities, but this is literally a few seconds. Reset the overclocking settings of the RAM and processor, the settings may have been lost after updating the drivers. |

" That is not correct (at least for many of us). I‘m playing on standard mostly and since the 3.21.2 patch performance has been abysmal! |

thanks Henry_GGG for the answer.
But these problems are bad bad since 3.20 and from league to league they are getting worse. i know you guys at ggg are doing your best and i appreciate the work you are doing. But in terms of performance POE was good then not so good and since 3.20 its a coin flip is your instance is good or unplayable. i have done everything possible now. things i have ddone so far: - clean reinstall - clean reinstall of all drivers - extra drive for shaders and chaches - changed nvidia control panel settings for poe - tryed 6 different vpns - wiped my whole pc and only installed poe to test if this helps - tryed another ssd to make sure mine is not damaged - tried a .bat to clear all caches before starting the game - overclock gpu/cpu to the max - dissable/enable tried every option in the game - dissable all sound - force low res potato mode (n64 mode) with nvidia inspector i tried all these things with every possible option and setting you can imagine andd nothing helped so far. If i can manage to get rid of the latency spikes my shaders are maxed out. if i manage to get rid of the shader problem my latency spikes again. if i get rid of shader and latency problems my fps go down to 5 and there is no reason why but they just do. so no matter what i do the game is a laggy ********. i was thinking about getting a new pc with 4090 and 14900k but when you read some forum posts there are so many ppl with great pc's having the same problem as i do so hardware is clearly not the problem here. |

Elaborate Tornado Shot nerf. In all seriousness, just another exile confirming since 3.21 it is getting progressively worse. Started only occurring in 80%+ Deli with Harby, when you started a Legion. Not the whole screen is a water color painting just starting a harvest plot.

RTX 3070
Ryzen 5 5600X SSD 16Gb RAM lowered all possible settings, but it`s still unplayable. Haven`t played since 3.19, so not sure where it all went wrong, but back then some problems were sometimes only on 100% delirium maps, not it`s every big pack of enemies. |

Just revert whatever you guys did, last patch was perfect in performance, zero crashes too, low loading time. Stop fixing what's not broken. My 3080ti can run Cyberpunk 2077 on ultra settings no issues while in POE (Every setting is at its min) and whenever I go into a legion my fps just drops to 11.

done everything from the post before me same settings same everything
![]() still shit. at this point i have done like 50 steps of "this is how you fix it" and nothing helps so far. if the latency goes down my shader spikes into oblivion if i fix shader my latency spikes again. maybe its just time to quit poe for my own mental health |
