Latest patch killed my CPU

Hey guys, have issue was in my spec:
xeon 2696v3 32gb ram (resizeble bar enabled, turbohack too)
rtx 4070ti
samsung 980pro ssd

Only thing helps - i just turn on DX12 and maxed my graphics. Now game runs smooth and fps dont drops above 100 in tough battles :)
