For the loot timer question. I agree, options are good. Party options are great. Kinda like mapvote on UT.

In final version, will be added some physics or just rag doll for dead monsters?

The more things like this are added the more performance tanks on the average machine. Even on good machines performance will suffer, if not noticeably, and reliability decreases. Especially with a game like this performance is paramount, otherwise the hardware reqs exclude massive swaths of potential players. It also increases download time.
The painful truth is that alot of features can even start to stifle a machine when they aren't enabled. Now, I don't think this batch of developers is likely to have too many issues with poor practices, but still, it seems wiser to focus on expanding CONTENT and further improving performance before trying to integrate bling. The same effort that it would take to pretty up the corpses could be used to add a new side mission to every act, improve level randomization or some other CONTENT related thing.
As for active ragdolls, like bodies one can kick around after they are killed. You're talking about an active object, interacting with the world, taking up processor cycles and exponentially increasing the odds of glitches, and for what purpose? I am guessing the same notion is why dead bodies aren't cleaned up prior to an instance being reinitialized. Time vs space. As stationary objects in ram they are just there. They change, it takes bandwidth to broadcast that, processor time and so on.
Why is everyone obsessed with more bling on an already visually stunning game? It's like adding a carbon hood to a Lamborghini that doesn't have an engine. Probably a good idea to get the engine, transmission, tires, exhaust and so on in order first. Then worry about customizing the shift, suspension, intakes, timing and functionality of the dials. Then, reduce weight...lastly, a nice pair of fuzzy dice just for looks.

Ragdoll corpses are fuzzy dice. 3 extra acts, are a transmission. get it?

Also, being that it is constantly connected it has a little more performance overhead in terms of processor bandwidth that would a similar standalone executable.

And fuzzy dice are tacky, and I wouldn't have 'em in my beautiful, custom classic car! Leave ragdoll physics for that other game. PoE death animations are just fine. =>[.]<=

Sorry, i must disagree. About CPU - in old Titan Quest hardware requirements are low for "modern" computers and rag doll was great. In my opinion, bodies falling downstairs or droping off the cliffs are preety cool and build the atmosphere. Maybe this is "fuzzy dice" but very nice :D. And, i want it should be clear - i dont like D3 and i think Poe is much better, but, could be the best :)
Veeeeeeeeery Nice

This is not Titan Quest, this game has been built very differently. I guarantee you that what you suggest would decrease the performance of the client. And would it be worth it? I expect a significant portion of the player base would prefer to turn such features off in favour of performance anyway, making it wasted development time.

The more I think about this looting change, the more disappointed I am. It does absolutely nothing to solve the problem and the implications for what GGG thinks grouping should be like are pretty unfortunate. Rather than just being greedy jerks about loot and sometimes being too far away, we can all be greedy jerks and be equally rewarded for it. It doesn't look like I'm ever going to be able to group with people in this game.

I agree 100%. The only person I've partied with is my partner and that's because we can divide loot in a fair way AFTER we return to town. The way that GGG still insists on making the loot system just makes me want to avoid partying. Sorry, but games like Torchlight 2 (I think) and D3 (definitely) got the loot system correct. If you absolutely need the loot system to function like this, it should be given it's own league.
I don't know what are you all whining about. This game is designed for the hardcore game community - as a logical result there is less jerks in this group of gamers so this problem is NOT a common one. I haven't yet encountered a player who would be stupid douche about the loot. So I'm incrediblz lucky or there is really a majority of intelligent people ...

I sure hope your wrong or the game will suffer. Hardcore / PVP does not keep a game alive. There are very few games that can sustain this type of player and turn a profit.

This is but a BETA. Definitely a different mix of people here presently.

Being a BETA, we all realize that everything we presently have will be FLUSHED soon. So, loot hogs are not a problem. People GIVE items away.

I haven't either, because I refuse to party with anyone but my partner and potentially other people I know IRL if I can get them to play. Just listening to global chat pretty much tells me that there aren't solely intelligent/kind people playing the game (this is BEFORE the last weekend beta, chat just went even more downhill then).

The game's difficulty is awesome and I love it, the game doesn't need to be easy but loot distribution doesn't need to be open to griefing, it's just an annoying mechanic and not conducive to forming bonds with strangers. All it's going to take is one really good item drop that becomes ganked to start tempers flaring. It's needlessly punitive. There is a huge reason why games have begun dividing loot automatically and that's because it's a good idea (virtually all MMOs do this, as does D3 and TL2). I would hate to see the designers of this game take so many steps forward only to take a huge step backward in this area.

That all said, while I still heavily dislike the new system, it's encouraging to me that the developers are aware that this is a very serious issue and they are taking steps to address it. I can only hope that in time they will yield further on this issue and allow loot to be simply split automatically, preferably like D3/Torchlight 2. I think as a community though we do need to test the loot system as it stands now, I at least want to give the devs the benefit of the doubt for now, but I still don't think I'll personally like it the way it is in 9.10...who knows though, I could be singing praises of it after testing it.

(in short, I'm still against it but at least will test it out and go from there :P)
